United Personnel is a privately-owned labor hire, traffic control & management and specialised scaffold company working with tier one companies in the Construction Sector. United is an Aboriginal owned business and we are one of only four companies to have an EBA (Enterprise Bargaining Agreement) or as it’s termed a Collective Agreement from the CFMEU in Queensland & Northern Territory so we can operate on Union sites. As such United will ultimately be dealing with Tier 1 companies that also have Union agreements such as Multiplex, Icon, Mainland Civil, Hutchinson’s etc.

United is well positioned with its EBA, Construction boom in SE Queensland plus Brisbane hosting the 2032 Olympics to expand over the coming years. United has already had business dealings with some of these major companies and these relationships are ongoing. Due to operating under a Collective Agreement working with Tier 1 companies, United’s employees are paid at a much higher rate] with various benefits on top thus our rates are much higher hence the profit in both Margin and dollars is also much higher than ordinary Labour Hire businesses.
